This coming of middle-age story tells the tale of a mother and daughter in crisis. Claire is as an attractive San Diego business executive whose mother is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Discouraged by the treatment options, Claire turns to a covert research group plotting to go public with a possible Alzheimer’s cure against the wishes of Big Pharma. As she struggles to help her mother fight the disease, Claire finds the strength to confront her fears and move forward in her own stalled life.
